At Relax Sofas & Beds, we want to ensure that the delivery of your new furniture goes as smoothly as possible, so you can enjoy your order from the moment it arrives.
DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
An estimated lead time is shown on each product page below the 'add to bag' button. Most of the furniture we offer is made to order so the lead times vary considerably between products.
Whilst we do our best to ensure that these lead times are as accurate as possible, occasionally delays can happen which are out of our control.
DELIVERY CHARGES
The delivery charge is per order, not per item.
- £79 for Upholstery, Dining & Bedroom furniture orders
- £29 for divan beds & mattresses orders
- £15 for smaller items such as: cushions, fabric, and arm caps orders
ACCESS
Before ordering an item please make sure the item will fit into the room and that access to that room, through doorways, hallways and stairways, are wide and tall enough for it to pass through. Accurate dimensions for each item can be found on the product page.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
We deliver throughout mainland UK. Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to non-mainland addresses.
DELIVERY SERVICES
We use several different services to deliver your furniture.
- Two Man White Glove Service: Heavy items of furniture, such as: sofas and chairs, wardrobes, divan bed sets; are delivered by a specialist two-man carrier, to the room of your choice. Once your order arrives at the delivery depot, you will be contacted to arrange a delivery date with you.
- Parcel Carrier: Lighter items of furniture, such as: occasional furniture, bedside chests, roll up mattresses; are delivered by a parcel carrier to your doorstep.
- Royal Mail & other carriers: Small accessories, such as arm caps and cushions are sent via Royal Mail or other carriers such as DPD or Parcelforce.
- Direct Home Delivery: Some of our suppliers offer a direct home delivery service. Again, for heavy items this is a two-man service, delivered to the room of choice.
