Active Gel 1000 Mattress

Our Active Gel mattress range has been specifically designed for busy, active people; with the focus on relieving tired joints and muscles at its heart. The collection has been hand-crafted from the bottom up, to offer a supportive sleep, reducing pressure on joints and helping to keep muscles relaxed.

Pocket Springs

At its core, this mattress has a layer of 1,000 Yorkshire made pocket springs (in a King size mattress). These springs move independently, reacting to your movements, whilst leaving your partner undisturbed.

The springs are enclosed in a supportive foam border. This border acts as a box, preventing the springs from moving sideways. They only move up and down, like they’re designed to, so the mattress stays supportive right to the edge.

Cool Foam Filings

Above the pocket springs, nests two layers of next-generation memory foam, which give you all the benefits of traditional memory foam but without the drawback of overheating. These layers actively mould to your body, whilst evenly distributing your body weight, helping you relax into a deep sleep.

The first layer is made from Cool Gel Breathable Lay-Tec, a gel-infused memory foam, that helps maintain healthy body temperature. On top of this is a layer of Revo® Comfort foam, which is 30 times more breathable than traditional memory foam. This greater airflow makes it very effective at drawing moisture away from the body and allowing in to evaporate.

Tencel

The mattress cover is quilted to give the mattress a flat, smooth surface to lay on. The cover is made from Tencel. Tencel is a strong, durable, natural fibre, that feels like silk. As it’s a natural fabric, it’s very breathable, helping wick away moisture.

Divan Base

Made from Scandinavian pine that has been slow grown and both FSC sustainable and traceable, These Divan Bases have still traditionally glued, stapled, screwed and nailed for extra durability.
